Diane Dobray Owens, M.Ed., is the Pre-College Music Director at Howard Payne University.  She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas and her master’s degree at Texas A&M University at Commerce.  Her experience includes twenty years teaching in her private music studio in the Metroplex and twenty-five years at Howard Payne University.

She holds memberships in the American College of Musicians, Texas Federated Music Clubs and National Federation of Music Clubs.  She is listed in the Who’s Who of American Women.
