Position Description:
OneHope’s Creative Lab Fellowship position is an exciting adventure offered in an international context! Located in China, fellows are given the opportunity to experience life in the country’s vibrant capital of Beijing. This position is open to TESL-trained educators only. Here, fellows will teach within an established and reputable language program working with a range of age levels, from kindergarten to high school. This program offers a supportive environment in which fellows can develop as both educators and cultural ambassadors. Open to candidates 23 years and older, this position seeks applicants who are motivated, flexible, and possess a genuine passion for teaching. Available teaching positions included kindergarten, junior high and high school classroom settings. Fellows receive $700 per month, with housing provided. This position is a minimum 1-year commitment, with additional service years available. Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a college degree.

Position Description:
OneHope’s Fellowship program is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the realities of 21st century “missions” and global church partnership. Located at OneHope’s international offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Fellows experience two primary program components:
Chinese student ministry: OneHope, in partnership with Hope Education and Westminster Academy, will host exchanges students from China for the 2014-2015 academic year. Fellows will live dormitory-style with the Chinese students (grades 8-12) providing relational, spiritual, and academic care. It provides a unique opportunity for cross-cultural, residential youth ministry. (20hrs per week)
Organizational Internship: Fellows will additionally be placed within the OneHope organization, working within divisions and on projects that match their interests, skill sets, and calling. Placements are unique to each individual and are developed after program acceptance. Opportunities include: Communications (writing, graphic design, web, etc), research, program design, finance, human resources, education initiatives, business initiatives, global ministries, and more.
Program compensation includes housing/utilities and weekly stipend. Position dates are August 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015.
