Day 1

  • 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Day 1 registration days are designed to allow first-year and transfer students the opportunity to be academically prepared for the fall semester.

While here, students will:

• Meet with an academic advisor
• Schedule and enroll in classes for the fall
• Get an HPU student ID, e-mail address and other important student life items
• Take the Accuplacer assessment test (unless exempt via receipt of English Comp I or
College Algebra credit)

Students, please submit the following items prior to attending Day 1:

• $200 enrollment / housing deposit 
• Record of receiving the bacterial meningitis vaccine
• College transcripts needed for dual or college credit
• HPU housing application

Parents will have the opportunity to attend a question-and-answer seminar with important administrative offices, as well as participate in other sessions to help them assist their students in preparing for college life.

The Office of Financial Aid will be available to students and parents by appointment, which can be arranged at check in.
