APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO LIVE OFF CAMPUS 
University housing is maintained as part of the total educational experience available to students.  They provide students a supportive framework for intellectual, social and spiritual growth.  For this reason, students between the ages of 17 and 22 are required to live at least four (4) semesters in campus residence halls, or to live at home with parents.  All students not residing in University Housing are required to fill out an application for permission to live off campus.  The Student Personnel Committee makes all decisions related to requests for exemption from the housing policy.
