Howard Payne University faculty and staff can now download audiobooks from Abilene Public Library’s website. To download a file, go to http://www.abilenetx.com/apl, and click on the “Download Audiobooks and Music” box in the lower right. Use the 13-digit barcode number on the back of your HPU I.D. card to “check out” the audiobooks you select.
The website includes a list of compatible devices and requires a one-time free download of “Overdrive” software, furnished at the site. For more information, call the HPU library at ext. 8094.
