I am from Katy - Go Taylor Mustangs!! - but my folks tried to ditch me and moved to Denver so technically I'm from Colorado now? I love it here at Howard Payne because of the amazing teachers and staff, the small student number and class sizes, and the opportunities to work and serve around campus! My name is Emily , I'm a sophomore here at Howard Payne University and my major is Telecommunications (television productions). I was home schooled all through school, so when I was deciding on a college, the small intimate campus and student to faculty ratio (13/1) was really comforting. I've enjoyed getting to know all of my professors and they actually knowing who I am. |

Hi there! My name is Hailey and I am a junior at Howard Payne University. I am from Pittsburg, TX, and I am a Cross-Cultural Studies major. I enjoy attending HPU because the professors sincerely care about each student, and no one is simply a "number". Here at HPU, I have found many opportunities to serve and be involved in many different areas, which include mentoring teenage girls at a juvenile correctional facility, Student Government, Baptist Student Ministry, Intramural sports, and various activities throughout the community. Thankfully, HPU has held a significant role in challenging, teaching, and equipping me for the future. |

Both my aunt and uncle graduated from Howard Payne so I have always been a yellow jacket fan. I love HPU because not only are the students friendly, but the professors and administration are amazing, and are always willing to help. Howard Payne feels like a home away from home. I LOVE IT!!! |
