Howard Payne University is committed to making a quality education attainable and affordable, one way to do this is with the Howard Payne University PACE Program, an interest free federal parent loan. Howard Payne University pays all the interest accruing on loans up to $15,000 per year while your student is enrolled. All regulations for the federal Parent PLUS Loan apply.
HPU PACE offers these additional features:
- No payments until spring of the student’s first year
- Lower monthly payments than a traditional monthly payment plan
- 3% principal reduction upon entering repayment and interest rate reduction of 0.25% for auto-debit
- No repayment penalty
