Stacy Blalock:
I decided to come to Howard Payne to play basketball but once I got here I knew this was the place where I was supposed to be. I like Howard Payne the best because of the professors. They will go out of their way to be sure your experience at HPU is great.
John Wilson:
I chose Howard Payne because they had one of the best Christian Studies programs I could find. Howard Payne offered me the opportunity to serve in ministry and go to school at the same time.
Nate Alger:
I’m from northern Massachusetts and wanted to go somewhere different where I could play tennis and be in a great Christian atmosphere. The environment at HPU is so friendly and the small class sizes assure no one gets left behind.
Cristal Moreno:
The people at Howard Payne are so genuine and I have made lifelong friends here. Since I’ve been at Howard Payne I have definitely grown and learned to be disciplined.
Christina Todo:
When Howard Payne says they are going to be here for you, they really are. The Academy has been a wonderful experience and challenges me not only academically but personally, socially and in all ways to teach me how to function in the professional world.
Christopher Bell:
Being at Howard Payne has helped me to believe in myself as a person.
Jeffri Malone:
Because HPU is so small I have the opportunity to be involved with lots of things. Everything from cheerleading to mission trips.
Ask Lane Wakefield from Waco, TX what his favorite thing about HPU is and he’ll tell you, “It’s the people.”
