Students may use this form to register their personal property with Howard Payne University’s Department of Public Safety.
Complete the form and save it to your computer. The form may then be printed and delivered — in person or via campus mail –to the Department of Public Safety, 201 Austin Avenue.
Alternatively, the completed form may be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. For security reasons, we request that you send this form with your HPU-issued (@hputx.edu) e-mail address rather than a third-party address (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).
If you would like to include a photo of your property, send it as a separate attachment to your email.
The purpose of this form is to permit you to register your personal property for identification purposes only. Howard Payne University and the HPU Department of Public Safety assume no responsibility for your possessions. If for some reason your possessions are misplaced, lost, or stolen, this information will be used to assist investigating agencies in returning your property to you.
