TEACHING INTERESTS

I am drawn to all aspects of the Human Movement Studies profession. But if I had to pick the top five areas of interest, I would elect Wellness Studies, Historical and Philosophical Foundations, Exercise Physiology, Leadership and Outdoor Adventure Pursuits.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS/HOBBIES

I enjoy the active lifestyle, especially those that contain some adventure in the wild outdoors or in foreign lands. Consequently, I enjoy Alpine and Nordic skiing, backpacking, and biking in remote corners of the world.
