Account Claim
New to HPU? Claiming your accounts is the first step to accessing HPU systems and resources.
Students and employees must claim their HPU network account in order to gain access to HPU Gateway, University email, Office 365 for Education, the Blackboard Learn system, campus computers, as well as wireless access for personal devices. This is a one‐time process and takes only a few minutes.
Click the link below and enter your full email address (username@hputx.edu) to set your secure password for HPU systems. You will be asked to send a verification code to your previously provided personal email address or mobile phone number.
Your password must be 10 or more characters in length, cannot contain your first or last name, and must include three of the following four categories:
- Uppercase characters
- Lowercase characters
- Digits 0 through 9
- Special characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;”‘<>,.?/
