Mr. Chuck Gartman

"Chuck is a long-time friend. We were students together at HPU and began our youth ministry careers about the same time, and I often turned to him for advice, counsel, and encouragement. In a room full of strangers, he is not the one who dominates or feels compelled to talk. But when Chuck speaks in those settings, he always has something to say that is fresh and relevant. Sort of like the old commercial -- EF Hutton -- when he speaks, folks listen. As one of the present-day professors at HPU, he continues to influence students and peers alike. Chuck Gartman is truly a gifted hero for our day."
