Dr. Allen Reed

"Dr. Reed was my horn professor my first year at HPU, and after he retired, remained my accompanist until the completion of my senior recital.

He is one of the most compassionate instructors and individuals I have ever known. He was patient with me, and kept me accountable, as I adapted to college life, and was there for me through the struggles I faced in my years at HPU. I am proud to call him my mentor, and I strive to be as kind and intentional with my own students as he has been with his."
