Yellow Rose Scholarship Luncheon is held annually in the spring. The primary purposes of this luncheon are to provide a scholarship to one deserving and qualified female student, as well as honor one woman who represents Christian values and beliefs that are foundational to Howard Payne University. To facilitate this fundraising endeavor table sponsorships are sold and proceeds above and beyond event costs, including the meal, go directly to the scholarship endowment fund.

Annual dues shall be used to help the Women’s Club provide experiences that encourage, serve, and invest in our students, staff, and faculty, such as hosting social gatherings and service opportunities. Annual dues exclude the Yellow Rose Scholarship Luncheon. Additional fundraising events may be held if the club so desires. Annual dues are twenty-five dollars ($25.00), which shall be collected by the Treasurer and due before the close of the academic year, preferably on or before October 1.
