Newbury Place Apartments

The apartments provide opportunities for connection and community for upperclassmen. Students who have completed four (4) long semesters in a residence hall and/or 60 HPU credit hours are eligible to live in Newbury Place Apartments. Students living in the apartments are not required to purchase a resident meal plan.

The Newbury Place Apartments feature two-bedroom (2-4 person) apartment units and can accommodate 96 students.

Each apartment features a living room and kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, shelving), two restrooms, and a washer and dryer.

Furniture is not provided.
