New Braunfels: STOA Homeschool Speech and Debate Tournament

HPU NB hosts the Mirror of Truth speech and debate tournament

Howard Payne University New Braunfels was proud to host the STOA speech and debate tournament held by the Mirror of Truth Christian homeschool group.

The competition was held on the HPU NB campus Thursday, April 15 through Saturday, April 17. The tournament included a few different divisions, including a junior division which featured young debaters. HPU NB was pleased to partner with the group and to welcome its participants, organizers, judges and parents to campus.

“We look forward to opportunities to work with the group in the future,” said Whitney Hooper, assistant vice president for the New Braunfels Center.
