The applicant is seeking your evaluation of his/her personal qualifications for the position of Resident Assistant (RA) at Howard Payne University. The RA is responsible for assisting and advising 20-30 students academically, socially, personally, and spiritually. The RA serves as a role model, peer counselor, resource person, and wellness programmer (spiritual, physical, intellectual, career, emotional, and social) for his/her living group. The RA position is one of great responsibility, so please complete this recommendation in as much detail as possible.
