Parade Float Registration

Waiver Statement: I fully understand that my participation in the Howard Payne University Homecoming Parade may result in a serious injury, illness or death. Although I fully appreciate those risks I desire to participate without regard to the consequences. I do for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby and forever discharge Howard Payne University and sponsors or promoters, other persons or entities associated with this event or third party agents, employees or otherwise.
