OFF-CAMPUS LIBRARY SERVICES

Off-Campus Library Services (OCLS) exists to meet the informational research needs of Howard Payne University’s off-site students, faculty and support staff located in El Paso & New Braunfels, as well as those students who attend only online. Off-campus & online students have full access to HPU’s online catalog, as well as our many online databases. Off-campus & online students are allowed to borrow books from HPU’s collection, use interlibrary loan services, and carry an HPU-issued TexShare card which will allow access to local academic libraries through a state wide resource sharing agreement. The OCLS office offers all of this, plus individual assistance from a Howard Payne librarian via e-mail and our toll free phone number: 877-311-3199.
