Experiential learning is encouraged, and students will have the opportunity to have job experience count toward course credit through internships.
Students have access to HPU computer labs for learning to develop software and a dedicated room for hands-on learning hardware and networking equipment. The curriculum forces the student to encounter Java, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Students who have personal projects they want help developing may work with HPU faculty to pursue them.
