Howard Payne University is pleased to announce the introduction of a new process for submitting maintenance work requests. MaintenanceDirect can be accessed from any device with web browsing capabilities, from any location! Your request will route electronically through the approval process and you will receive e-mail updates about the status of your request.

By introducing this new process we will be able to reduce the amount of time it takes to handle requests by making it automated and electronic. This lets us coordinate, track, report and manage our facilities operations.

Information for Submitting Your First Work Order

As a new requester, you will need to go through the simple new requester process. In this process, you will need to submit your first work order. The separate password for this FIRST work order is yellowjackets
