Howard Payne University, based in Brownwood, Texas, for nearly 125 years, is proud to now offer courses in New Braunfels. Until HPU’s permanent campus in New Braunfels is constructed as part of the exciting new Veramendi development project, courses will be offered during evenings and weekends at New Braunfels High School, online, and at 1259 Loop 337 North, Suite #200 (Second Floor, Aflac Suite), New Braunfels, TX 78131.
