BROWNWOOD – December 14, 2022 – Howard Payne University will be closed from Monday, Dec. 19, through Friday, Dec. 30, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. Offices will reopen on Monday, Jan. 2.
HPU’s Office of University Advancement will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30, to process end-of-the-year gifts to the university. Please note that the office has relocated from 803 Center Ave. (the Harrison House) to 1209 Fisk St. (the former Office of Admissions building, next to the Mabee University Center). Gifts can also be arranged to be made in person by contacting Dr. Dale Meinecke, vice president for advancement, by phone at 325-649-8804 or e-mail at dmeinecke@hputx.edu anytime throughout the break.
