BROWNWOOD – February 4, 2020 – Howard Payne University has announced a two-hour delay of classes and office hours on Wednesday, February 5, due to anticipated inclement weather. All 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. classes are canceled for the day. Campus activities will resume with the Chapel service at 10 a.m. in Mims Auditorium.
The schedule for the late start was arranged in communication with Brownwood Independent School District.
