HPU graduates 125 at Commencement in May

BROWNWOOD – June 13, 2013 – Howard Payne University graduated 125 students at its Commencement ceremony at the close of the spring 2013 semester. Dr. Bill Ellis, university president; Dr. David L. Lowrie, Jr., chairman of HPU’s Board of Trustees; and other university representatives conferred the degrees.
