HPU’s Tau Beta Sigma to host fundraiser Christmas dinner

BROWNWOOD – November 19, 2012 – Howard Payne University’s chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, a national honorary band sorority, will host a Christmas dinner on Tuesday, November 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church of Brownwood. A minimum $5 donation is requested and proceeds will go toward the purchase of new uniforms for the HPU Yellow Jacket Band.

The dinner will consist of lasagna, salad, bread and dessert, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Drinks will be provided by Chicken Express.

Following the event, HPU will host a concert by the University Singers at 7 p.m. in Grace Chapel, and Christmas on the Plaza at 8 p.m. at Old Main Tower.
